When we returned from Texas we had a $150 check from Delta reimbursing us for the stroller they broke on our way to Spain. The Delta employees I spoke/emailed with were super helpful, apologetic and professional (a stark contrast to our experience when Southwest broke parts of our stroller).
That is real decent, Delta. Real decent. Daniel is already inexplicably loyal to Delta, but now I won't make fun of him so much about it. And since they are the only airline to fly direct from SLC to Boston and Austin, we will definitely continue to fly with them a lot.
