My favorite part of this afternoon was the 15 minutes I spent blow drying my hair. It drowned out the noise of little Miss Sadie's crying. That girl fussed just about straight from 11 AM to 7 PM. I decided I needed to go to enrichment to get out of the house. How was Sadie at enrichment? A perfect angel. She smiled and cooed and was just about as cute as she can be.
Forgiven? Maybe. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

Crack for Babies
We recently introduced Sadie to the equivalent of crack for babies......Baby Einsteins. She loves it.
Sadie also recently began whining and fussing from about 6 PM until bedtime. Lovely.
What is the solution? Well, we try lots of things, including, but not limited to making up songs, clapping her feet together, baths, bouncing up and down, patting her back and dancing. All of these things help temporarily but on some nights when we are tired of it we let her watch Baby Einsteins. I don't let her watch it all of the time because well, it is crack for babies, and I am a little worried about possible negative effects of watching tv at 2 months old.

Family Pictures- First Attempt
Today we attempted to fit in some family picture taking between afternoon conference and priesthood session (thanks Ben!). The weather was not good so we didn't take very many, but we did get some definite keepers (with our not-so-good camera)!
Oh, and yes I dyed my hair closer to my natural hair
PS- Sadie tried her bumbo this week and loved it. She can't exactly sit straight up without tilting to one side or another but she is learning. The other day when I heard Daniel getting home from work I placed Sadie by herself in front of the door in the bumbo to greet him.
PPS- Here is another video where I caught Sadie talking on camera. She has been cooing all the time lately. She watches our mouths intently and copies the shape of our lips. I apologize for the poor quality. It is difficult to hold Sadie and interact with her while filming it myself.
